Nonprofit Ticket Requests
Tianyu Arts & Culture cares about the community, and we support charities in the communities we serve. Looking for tickets for your organization? Let us know! Requesting a donation is simple.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Plan Ahead: All donation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the event date via marketing@tianyuculture.com.
- Submit Your Request: A valid 501(c)(3) form and a donation request letter that includes the organization’s name, event date, purpose of the donation, and number of tickets requested.
- Request Confirmation: Once your request is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If your request is approved, your tickets will be sent to the same email address. Please note that submitting a ticket request does not guarantee approval.
Donate Your Unused Tickets
We are proud to partner with Vet Tix. If you are unable to attend, you can donate your tickets to veterans and military families through Universe.
To donate your tickets through Universe, simply follow these steps:
1. Transfer the Tickets in Universe
- Log in to your Universe account and navigate to your Tickets page.
- Find the event ticket you want to donate and click More next to the “View Ticket” button.
- Select Transfer Ticket from the menu.
- Enter the following official recipient details exactly as shown:
- First Name: VET.
- Last Name: TIX.
- Email: donate@vetti
x.org.
2. Complete the Vet Tix Donation Form
- Go to the official Vet Tix Ticket Donation Page.
- Select Individual as your donor type.
- Enter your email address to access your Donor Portal and finish submitting the details of your donation.
